Developer Bart Blatstein broke ground yesterday on a $100 million indoor water park on the Atlantic City, NJ Boardwalk and it will be open year-round

The cost is $100 million dollars to build this 103,000-square-foot indoor waterpark and will be called, Island Waterpark.
