A new chapter is coming to Rio Grande. The former Jester’s property has officially been approved for its next use, and it’s not another bar or restaurant. Chase Bank is moving into the space, bringing a full branch to Route 9.

For anyone wondering whether the old Jester’s building was getting knocked down — it’s not. The structure will remain, with renovations planned to convert it into the new bank location.

Between this project and the other changes happening around Rio Grande, the area is definitely shifting again.
