We noticed today that The Ocean Holiday Motel in Wildwood Crest, NJ has workers on the property for the first time in years. In July of 2019 ICCONA bought the property for $4.55 million. They have plans to completely renovate the property from the lobby to the roof and brand it under the name “Mahalo” and be a new resort in Wildwood Crest, NJ.
