Ocean City’s missing boardwalk falcon has been found — living the good life on the roof of Shore Medical Center in Somers Point.
After nearly a month of searching, Trico was finally spotted by hospital staff who noticed a huge bird peeking through a fourth‑floor window. Once they connected it to the missing falcon post, East Coast Falcons rushed over — and with one whistle and a lure, Trico flew straight back to his handler.
Turns out the hospital roof had everything he needed: shade, water from the AC units, a high perch, and plenty of prey. He was even a little “extra fluffy” when they got him back.
A happy ending for one of the birds that helps keep seagulls off the Ocean City Boardwalk.
