We were the first to break this story about this block being sold when we reported last week The Fractured Prune was moving to the next block when we talked to the owner and he told us the property was sold. Last year the boardwalk block stores from 20th to 21st street were put up for sale and the asking price was 3,297,000. The property was under contract but the deal fell through at the end of last year. This month the property was sold for 2.9 million.

We searched public records and it was sold to New Jersey LLC. We did a online search about them and the only info on them was some bankruptcy info from 2015. This block had The Fractured Prune, Ed’s Funcade, 3 Brother Pizza and Seaport Beach Outlet.
