Colleen’s by The Sea having a liquidation sale and being torn down in 2 weeks.

We just learned today that Colleen’s by The Sea on Schellenger Ave in Wildwood, the old Neil’s Steak and Oyster House is currently having a liquidation sale and everything must go.

This building is going to be torn down next week and then the Stardust night club will be next. The property will have a new Choice Hotel built there by the end of 2019. Stay with us and our “Boots on the Ground” reporters who live here and get the news about Wildwood, NJ to you first.
