The property at 4516 park Blvd in Wildwood that caught on fire a few years ago has been approved for a 4 story building with an Organic Italian Water Ice Co to open on the first floor. The new building was approved by the Wildwood Planning and Zoning board Monday Night.

The completion date is not known at this time but we will have updated pics, videos and news on this story as it happens.
