I just tried to get off the island to meet Bob Ingram for lunch.. after driving down central ave to 17th and then to Atlantic to the 1st and then to central again.. I could not get through the water.. .. so I turned around and went back down central to 25th to New Jersey the only way off the island…. after waiting in traffic for 20 min.. I was at the Elks and the water was across the road…so I turned around and went back home.. Sorry I missed lunch with Bob
