Humpty Dumpty Swiped in Late-Night Heist at Cape May Mini Golf

Cape May police are investigating a peculiar case of vandalism after the iconic Humpty Dumpty statue was stolen from Ocean Putt Miniature Golf Course early Sunday morning. Around 4 a.m., one suspect was caught on camera climbing the fence and removing the vintage figure from its perch near Jackson Street and Beach Avenue.

The whimsical statue, a fixture at the course since the 1960s, was later found discarded on a nearby property—damaged but recoverable.
