Johnny Scoops Finds a New Home in Wildwood

Big changes are coming for Johnny Scoops, Wildwood’s veteran‑owned ice cream shop. Known for serving up coffee, milkshakes, waffles, root beer floats, and of course plenty of ice cream, the popular spot is saying goodbye to its longtime home at 3014 Boardwalk.

This spring, Johnny Scoops will make the move to a larger corner location at Pacific and Maple avenues, giving fans even more room to enjoy their favorite treats.

Owner Michael Terzaghi announced the big move on social media, noting that the relocation should be finished in time for Summer 2026. The new 3,000‑square‑foot shop will keep Johnny Scoops’ signature black‑and‑red branding while introducing updated design touches to create an even better customer experience.

Even with the move, fans can count on the same delicious menu they love — plus a few new surprises. The expanded shop will feature both dine‑in and takeout service, giving everyone the chance to enjoy their favorite ice cream creations any way they like.
