The Mayor of Second Street in North Wildwood, Nick Moran, found his car papered with leaflets for the Tom Cat restaurant, operated by Second Street fixture “Hot Dog Dave” Bannon,and initially thought they were parking tickets, as did some passersby. From his seat on a bench, noted commentator Bobalew opined, “I told you those parking kiosks could cause chaos.”
