St Ann’s School or as it’s now know as Cape Trinity School ( it will always be St Ann’s to me) wil be sold to make room for more condo’s.

Our reliable inside sources tell us that the school and property that sits on an entire block from New Jersey Ave to Pacific Ave located at 2901 New Jersey Ave will be sold to make way for more condos.

Our inside sources tell us that the new condo’s will be in the style of the Thunderbird condo complex at 23rd and Surf Ave’s in North Wildwood.
