The Cape Cod Inn is getting ready to convert from a motel to a condotel.

The motel is located at 6109 Atlantic Ave in Wildwood Crest and has been sitting vacant for the past year.

According to their FB page: The Cape Cod motel is under construction, and it will not be able for any summer rents! We will create a web site as soon as possible.
