Bonfire on the Beach Tonight !!
The Anglesea Irish Society and the greater Wildwood Jaycees presents Bonfire on the beach 1st and surf aves. Saturday October 22nd. 6 to 10 pm . DJ , food available for purchase , other refreshments should be brought by individual, BYOC (bring your own chair) . After party at Echo’s 2 dollar botlles and 3 dollar well drinks all night long , with your bonfire wrist band !
The Annual Bonfire on the beach from 6-10 p.m. on 1st and Surf Avenues, North Wildwood. Music by DJ Qwik and Stellar Mojo ~ Refreshments and food available for purchase ~ Admission is $10 (children under 12 are free.) Bring a beach chair and enjoy a great Fall night on the beach! Wildwood Weekend with Woodrow Wilson
Presented by the Friends of the J. Thompson Baker Historical Home, Wildwood. Woodrow Wilson campaigned in Wildwood on Oct. 30, 1912 and stayed at the house of J. Thompson Baker 5 days before he was elected to his first term as 28th president of the United States. Wildwood will mark this historic moment with a variety of activities over the weekend. Friday features a soup and sandwich supper from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. with guided tours at the Wildwood Historical Society, 3907 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood. Saturday from noon to 1:30 p.m. will feature historical tours and a Victorian Tea at the J. Thompson Baker House, 3008 Atlantic Avenue, Wildwood. Saturday evening from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. will be the Woodrow Wilson dinner featuring a special guest speaker at the J. Thompson Baker house. Sunday from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. will be an open house, guided tours and a brunch. All inclusive weekend package is $50 if purchased and paid before October 17th (a $75 value).
