11th annual event! Consists of a triathlon (.25 mile ocean swim, 10 mile bike and 5K run) in addition to a separate 5K running event as well as a kids swim/run event. The Tri Wildwoods Health and Wellness Expo will be held at Wildwood Catholic High School on Friday, August 15th. Tri the Wildwoods is one of Jersey Shore’s elite sporting events! Age-group winners receive awards and a massive prize raffle for everyone immediately following the event. All participants are treated to a catered HOT breakfast on the beach.
