Phase 2 of the Wildwood NJ Boardwalk repair project is planned to begin in October, they will be replacing the boardwalk decking and structure from Maple Avenue to 26th Avenue.
The estimate is it to be a little under $8 million, with most of that covered through grants.
The State of NJ has committed $4 million for the work this year, the same amount the state funded for the last reconstruction project completed one year ago.
