Wildwood’s old Rec being torn down for a new motel.

The old Wildwood New Jersey Recreation Center on Rio Grande Avenue is being demolished to make way for a new motel.

The building has been empty for the past few years and has been for sale. The new motel is expected to be open for the summer of 2020.
