The Bel-Air Motel located @ 5510 Ocean Ave, Wildwood, NJ has been SOLD! We received a tip from our inside sources that the Bel-Air Motel was sold. So, I made a few calls and also called the motel and ask for the owner, Steve. The people who answered the phone said that they were the new owners and recently purchased the property.

There is NO info when searching the address that it was ever up for sale. It must have been a private deal to sell the property. We wish the new owner the best of luck this summer!
