Last night I stopped by Gia’s Restaurante’ at their new location 7400 Ocean Ave in Wildwood Crest, NJ,  as I walked in the door I saw Vince Chiarella sitting at a table and he invited me to sit with him, and I ask him ” how are things going” he told me he was doing great, he could not be happier and  his loyal customers are finding him at his new location and  I saw customers coming in the door 5 to 10 at a time and the phone was ringing off the hook,  within 1/2 hr the place was packed with hungry customers.

When you say Chiarella in Wildwood, NJ only one thing come to mind, unbelievable food and great service,  because Vince, Bethie and Mia are passionate about their restaurant and their food at this family run business where a Chiarella is always in the kitchen chefing it up !!  There are few restaurants that the owner is the Chef.. but at Gia’s there are two Vince and his daughter Mia.

I saw my old friend Lanie, my new friend Kelly and George Michaels there,  and of course your host Bethie!!

 

After I was finished talking pictures I sat down to a salad and their famous Chicken Chiarella with a side of pasta , as always the food was excellent,  made for me by Chef Mia who is one of the youngest most talented chefs in the area, stop by and give your taste buds a thrill they will never forget !!
