NORTH WILDWOOD BEACH PATROL ANNOUNCES GUARDED BEACHES FOR CLOSING OF 2017 SUMMER SEASON

North Wildwood – North Wildwood Beach Patrol has announced the schedule for guarded beaches in preparation of closing the 2017 summer season. Below please find the schedule breakdown, including the list of guarded beaches for the corresponding dates:

Labor Day Weekend (September 1st – 4th)

  • All streets will be covered/guarded from 1st – 25th Avenues

September 5th – September 8th

  • 5th, 10th, 15th, 18th and 22nd Avenues

September 9th – September 10th

  • 12 guarded beaches spread out at various locations from 5th – 25th Avenues

September 16th & 17th

  • No lifeguards on duty, emergency crew stationed at headquarters

September 23rd & 24th

  • No lifeguards on duty, emergency crew stationed at headquarters

Coverage is from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

INLET BEACH WILL BE CLOSED AFTER LABOR DAY

Although summer is coming to a closing, Beach Patrol Administration still wants you to be safe in the water! North Wildwood Beach Patrol strongly advises to swim near/in front of a lifeguard, and to never enter the water alone without supervision.
