The Philadelphia woman arrested last May 26th for assaulting 2 Wildwood police officers on the Wildwood, NJ beach has accepted a plea deal she made with the Cape May County prosecutors office according to media and social media reports.

Emily R Weinman will serve 1 year probation for disorderly conduct and must stay out of Wildwood, NJ during that time.
