New Waterpark Attraction Opening Memorial Day Weekend
The Wildwoods, NJ – May 8, 2012 – Morey’s Piers introduces a new family waterpark experience at Raging Waters. River Adventure, a renovated incarnation of the Lazy River, invites families on an endless expedition into excitement.
The new attraction features beautiful rock facades and formations all around the river with cascading waterfalls, seating outcrops for mid-river relaxation, geysers and a lovely grotto.
“We commissioned artist Neal McPheeters to paint the river in a new landscape,” said Jack Morey, Executive Vice President. “Our challenge then was to make life imitate art through the engineering and architecture of River Adventure.”
Morey’s Piers will celebrate the opening of River Adventure on Saturday, May 26 when Raging Waters officially opens for the season.
