Just in and approved last night at the Wildwood New Jersey planning / zoning board.

The Blue Palms Motel and Jersey Girl Restaurant have big plans for a three-phase program to enlarge the outside dining area of Jersey Girland  combining the two buildings.  

It will also have a new lobby,  large pool area and deck and 15 new rooms will be added.

 Total time for all three phases is 3 years.
