Here’s the latest on the Marina Bay Towers and new 12 story high rise proposed project. The proposal is to add 2 floors to the existing Marina Bay towers and have 7 new 2 story penthouses. The owners have applied to Planning Board of the City of North Wildwood for preliminary site plan approval to permit the construction of a mixed-use commercial, condominium residential and condominium/hotel 12 story high-rise building. It will consist of expanding and renovating the boathouse/garden building and add a restaurant and marina club.

The proposed new 12 story high rise will have 5 floors of parking along with condominium residential and condominium/hotel high-rise. This will be the largest building project since the 1900 condos were built in the 1970’s. The notice states that the owners plan to renovate and expand on the boathouse, lighthouse/Guardhouse building, restaurant and marina club. A Public Hearing is scheduled about this proposed project for April 21, 2021 at 6:30 pm in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 901 Atlantic Avenue in North Wildwood.
