This new project located between Andrews Ave and Burke Ave will include a marina with 54 slips, a bar, boat slips and 16 condos.

The public information application says “that the undersigned has filed an application with the Planning/Zoning Board of the City of Wildwood for approval for preliminary and/or final site plan approval, preliminary subdivision approval to divide the properties into three conforming lots, and to develop the properties with a 16-unit residential condominium building on the east proposed lot, pavilion bar and parking area on the center proposed lot, and marina with a ship’s store and manager’s residence on the westerly proposed lot.”

On Monday May 2st, 2023 his project was unanimously passed by the City of Wildwood Planning and Zoning Board.
