The Wildwood Boardwalk Tramcar cannot travel south of the Wildwoods Convention Center for ONLY 3 blocks due to structural issues with the boardwalk tramcar track not the boardwalk. It’s NOT the boardwalk, only the tramcar track. The City is doing a structural review of the boardwalk.

From now until the of the season the Tramcar will run from 16th street to the Wildwood Convention Center.

A few weeks ago New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy refused to give Wildwood the approx. 60 million dollars to rebuilt the 1920’s boardwalk even though he gave millions to other shore towns to rebuild their boardwalks.
